Chikara Ju-Jitsu Club (Self Defence)

My new class opens on Monday 10th March at the Clift Meadow Pavilion from 8pm-10pm and then every Monday night except bank holidays.
Men and women over 16 years welcome (younger ages welcome to come along too and may be able to train if you are of suitable size.) Tracksuit trousers and t-shirt can be worn. Bring along a drink.
